Engine driver: We are now in Sequoia National Park. This is where you can see some of the largest and oldest trees in the world. They can grow up to 300 feet. Right here is the largest tree on earth. It is called General Sherman and is truly impressive... Over a period of 2,300-2,700 years it has grown to a height of 274.9 feet, a diameter of 31,3 feet at ground level and an estimated volume of 52,500 cu ft. You can also see many animals in this park, e.g. badgers, deer and opossums. If you want to take a walk, please follow the designated trails. Most of the land is not available to the public to protect its pure nature.
