Of course, I doubt anyone here even knows who he is... ah, I'm surrounded by philistines. He's still pretty unknown, even in Europe. But that will soon change. He's a genius! He wants to arrive by paddle steamer today, but the captain got sick. Could you go down to the river and steer the boat instead? I don't think any of the other town folks here can do it. Ah, right, you should probably know the name of the artist. His name is Vincent.</spoiler>

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Maya Roalstad: I'm so happy that you visit the art show with me. What do you think of this painting? Isn't it beautiful? It's called Cornfield with Cypresses...but ... but... what is this guy doing over there? That's outrageous! He just grabbed the painting from the wall and is trying to get away with it. A thief! Hold the thief! Do something!</spoiler>
• Epilogue: <spoiler text="Show Epilogue">Maya Roalstad: You've be gone long. But as I see, you got the painting back. Bravo! Vincent was beside himself when he heard about it. Hmm... I don't see the stolen painting. There's only old plunder in those boxes. Here, look at this, an old shotgun. Damn! The thief must have gotten rid of the painting already.</spoiler>

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Maya Roalstad: Vincent has asked me to take all his other painting to a safe place. I would like to take them to the next town with the stage coach, but I'm afraid that the thief will attack again. I would be really happy if you could escort the stage coach.</spoiler>
• Epilogue: <spoiler text="Show Epilogue">Maya Roalstad: Good, the other paintings are safe. Vincent has tried to get a few clues already. I think he has a suspicion where he can find his stolen painting.</spoiler>

Visiting the art collector

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Maya Roalstad: We know where the painting is! An art collector from this area has bought it from the thief. Vincent has visited the art collector already and requested the painting back, but the collector does not give in, not without a big amount of money for it. Outrageous! But the sheriff agrees with the art collector.
  

So, I guess we have to take care of this ourselves to get the painting back to the rightful owner. We'll just steal it back!</spoiler>

• Epilogue: <spoiler text="Show Epilogue">Maya Roalstad: We have the painting! That serves him right. It's his own fault if he buys stolen goods and then doesn't even have the decency to give it back to the rightful owner.

Vincent has no idea what the key is for. He found it in his grandfather's estate and as he had no idea what lock it belongs to he attached it to the back of the painting. Then he forgot about it. Who knows, maybe it belongs to a chest... filled with Vincent's grandfather's undergarments, hahaha!</spoiler>
