I've gotten quite a bit of information about the thief. She sells her stolen goods to a dealer. He comes to town every Wednesday and waits behind the mortician's building for his customers. You should go there, unarmed and unrecognizable. But first we need something we can sell him. In the silver mine you can get some silver. Maybe that will make him talk to you.
