- Independence Day Event sets
Items from following sets are now possible to trade on the town market:

We had made a hard decision to revert changes made in 2021. From now questline "Harvest festival preparation" will be available to finish only once.

Following achievements won't be visible for players who hadn't achievements them:

Bandits want to attack your village. Help Sheriff John to prevent the attack and catch the bandits. Questline "The evil plans of the bandits" will be available to each player who reached 168 character level and finished questline "Save the Saloon, part 2". After finishing the questline, you will receive achievement "Outsmart the bandits".

Features & Improvements
- Expired items
From now on, you will be able to check if an item has expired. Each item, which will be deleted after the next use, will be marked with a red "X" and information on the item's description.
- Event achievements
Based on your feedback, we have decided to change the way how achievements from the Event category are displayed.
- From now on, the achievements counter will be hidden.
- Unachieved achievements from old Events will be hidden. You will only be able to see achievements which are possible to achieve as well the ones you have already achieved.
- Independence Day Event
We have prepared Independence Day Event. More details will be provided soon in a separate announcement.
Bug fixes
- Player's profile
Some years ago, some players were able to set their profile text longer than the maximum allowed length (10000 characters), which caused them to not be able to open their profile editor or game settings anymore. All such users' profile text will now be truncated to 10000 characters, which will restore their ability to edit their profile and open game settings. All exploits which allowed such long text to be saved, will also stop working.

- New questline
We have prepared a new questline for advanced players. Questline "A brief story of explosives" contains 9 quests and is available to players who reached level 175 and finished questline "Save the saloon, part 2". For finishing the questline, you will receive an achievement "BOOOM!".
- Golden Colt
Golden Colt had static bonuses, from now on bonuses will scale per level. New bonuses:
Damage: 101 - 149 +0.26 Aiming (per Level) +0.34 Shooting (per Level)
- Item settings
We have changed Sulfuric Acid's settings. From now item is possible to sell at the town market.

- Wrong quest requirement
Quest "Sales" from a questline "Hunting season" required wrong job.

- New questline"
We have prepared a new questline for advanced players. It's hunting time, help your friends to get redy, for this important time. Questline "Hunting season" contains 12 quests and is available to players who reached level 170 and finished questline "Save the saloon, part 2". For finishing the questline, you will receive an achievement "Hunter".
- Mobile improvements
While opening or closing on-screen keyboard the chat window jumped around. We improved this behavior .
Bug fixes
- Gold Rush questline
Gold Rush repeatable questline had different dates for across the questline. From now the dates are consistent.
- Birthday weapons"
Birthday weapons had no damage per level. Bonus was added to all three weapons.

- Character class changes
A modification pertaining to the character class bonuses was initially proposed, however, it was subsequently omitted from the deployed version of the game. A limited number of players were granted the opportunity to preview these adjustments on the beta server during a brief interval.
- New questline"
We have prepared a new questline for advanced players. Visit Waupee and check what happened... the story is really interesting. Questline "The Story of Nizhoni and Winston" contains 12 quests and is available to players who reached level 155 and finished questline "Save the saloon, part 2". For finishing the questline, you will receive an achievement "A Loss Unlooked-for".

- Birthday Questline"
We have created a new birthday questline for you. Do you remember what happened in The West in last 15 years? No? It's time to ask others about their favorite memory. Maybe you will find yours as well. Questline "The best memory" will be available every year during birthday celebrations, to unlock questline you must reach 35 character level and finish questline "Save the Saloon, part 2".
- Number of work points
We have increased number of:
- Construction points needed to open a traveling fair. Now number is based on world activity.
- Player's construction points needed to participate in traveling fair building.
Both numbers can be different between worlds on the same market.
- Easter Event sets
Items from following sets are now possible to trade on the town market:
- Helen Gibson's clothing set
- Helen Gibson's weapon set
- Jackson Sundown's clothing set
- Jackson Sundown's weapon set
- Fred Waite's clothing set
- Fred Waite's weapon set
- Chat access for banned players
Banned users had chat access for a short time. From now chat access will be removed simultaneously with user's ban.
- Duel achievements
Some duel achievements were not added to expand groups. The problem was solved.

- Questline "Summer Dream"
Questline "Summer Dream" is available without a time limitation, however dreamcatchers which are required in this questline weren't available. From now you will be able to buy dreamcatcher in the SHOP. You will find items in consumables → misc. tab. Please remember that items will be added to the shop in 24 hours after the update.
- New achievements
We have created 79 new achievements.

- Questgiver wasn't available
Questgiver "Wilson's Farm" wasn't available for some players while completing questline "Harvests festival preparations".
- Quest "Feed bag"
Quest "Feed bag" required a wrong item.

- Chat access changes
We have reworked chat access. From now you have to meet two requirements to access chat:
- Have confirmed email address.
- Reach certain level, on the chat you will see level which must be reached, in the most of the worlds it is level 3.
- New achievements
We have created 45 new achievements.
Bug fixes
- Wrong achievement category
Achievement "Knight in shining Armor" had a wrong category. It was displayed under "quests" category, now achievement was moved to "questlines" subfolder. Also from now achievements related to completing certain amount of quests will be visible for all players.
- Wrong items bonuses
Fred Waite's knife and Fred Waite's pistol had reversed duel skills. Knife had shooting bonus instead of vigor. Pistol had vigor bonus instead of shooting.
- Fred Waite's chest content
Fred Waite's chest contained two wests, but no belt. Extra west was removed and missing belt was added.

We have created 16 new achievements.
- Achievement My Irish Wardrobe
Achievement My Irish Wardrobe required only male items, players with female characters weren't able to receive it. We have created second " My Irish Wardrobe" achievement which requires only female items. From now male and female characters can receive that achievement.
- Easter Event
We have created Easter Event which will start soon. More details will be provided in the separate announcement.

- Resistance changes
We have changed way how resistance works. Now it's split into primary resistance and secondary resistance.
The primary resistance comes from the battle formula using your trapping/hiding and health, and it will work the same way it does now.
The secondary resistance is the direct bonus given by clothes and buffs, and it will only let you mitigate damage from the shooter's damage bonus.
Below you can find damage formula: Weapon Damage + Sector Damage + [(Weapon Damage + Sector Damage) × Leadership ÷ MaxHP] The blue part refers to secondary resistance introduced above.
Below you can find resistance formula: 300 × (Hiding OR Setting Traps) ÷ MaxHP + Resistance Bonus
Now only direct resistance bonus on your clothes can mitigate sector damage and the damage multiplier. Only the rest of the formula can lower the weapon damage as well. Still nothing can lower the critical hit damage.
- New achievements
We have created 43 new market-related achievements.
- Traveling fair open time
We have randomized time when traveling fair opens for adding new products. From now you won't know which time fair will open! That also will give you more fair opportunity to donate products to the build.
Note: In changelog 2.188 we have announced that change which was a mistake. We are sorry about confusing you. In version 2.188 we have implemented change which opens traveling fair games on the random time. It means that now both openings are randomized.
- New St. Patrick's quests
We have implemented new quests from St. Patrick's questline. Quests will be available from March 15th (beta March 8th). More details will be provided in separate announcement.

- New shop levels
We have increased level cap for town shops. From now you can build your:
- Gunsmith up to level 30
- Tailor up to level 25
- General store up to level 25
- New shop items
Together with new shop levels you will receive more shop items. All items are possible to sell on the market and drop from jobs We are planning to add more items, including horses, in the future.
- New achievements
We have also created 9 new achievements:

- New fortbattle formula
We have changed fortbattle formula. The distance penalty has been changed to be percentage based (like structures) but with a lower number than before. We have lowered the base value of the attack value (+10 instead of +25) but added a 1.15x multiplier. And finally, to both the attack and defend value, there will be a base bonus of +15 that scales down to 0 as you level up.

- More products for travelling fair
We have increased number of products needed for traveling fair construction.
- Premium quests on speed servers
During non-premium speed servers you had problems to access quests which had premium features as a reward. We have changed quests settings. From now during non-premium speed servers such quests will be replaced with quest without premium features as a reward.
- Carnival quests
Based on your feedback we have changed accessibility dates for Carnival quests. From now questline "Carnival in the Wild West" will be available every year from March 06th to March 21st. Remember, you can finish questline only once.
Bug fixes
- Wrong item settings
We have changed settings for 23 old items which you can receive only once, but items were upgradable. Also we changed settings of 7 chests which were possible to sell to mobile trader.

- Fort battle changes
We have increased the maximum experience you can get per battle. Also we changed the formula to give more points for adventurers and absorbing damage. Please note that now scale by the median level of players in the battle, rather than your own level. In the future, it is possible to implement further changes to the way experience is calculated during fort battles.
- New collections
We have prepared six new collections for you and six new collection-related achievements
- Job drop items can be found in new jobs
- Quest rewards will be available soon together with new questlines
- All items are upgradable and auctionable
- Cowboy's costume items
Cowboy's costume items are now possible to sell on town market
Bug fixes
- Wrong chests description
Michael's chest, Bill Brocius chest and Johnny Behan's chest had wrong description. Now descriptions are correct.
- Wrong achievement requirement
Achievement "The crops were saved" were granted before finishing questline "Unusual Harvest Time". Now you will receive it only after finishing all quests from the questline.

- Item description
Recipe Book had outdated description, which didn't match current item content. The description was changed to : "Contains one high level crafting recipe."
- Quest requirement adjustment
Quest Waupee's guests (First Winter) required to collect 10 snowflakes. The requirement was removed, it means that questline will be available to every year. Please note it's not a repeatable questline, you can finish it only once.
- New items
As we promised we worked on new items which soon will be available in town shops, as well as new item collections. More details will be shared within next changelogs.
Bug fixes
- Wrong quest access requirement
Quest Kept note (Little things) required maximum level 150. The requirement has been removed, to allow high level players finish the quest.
- Wrong quest reward
Quest Evening next to the fireplace (First Winter) had 3000% energy as a quest reward, the correct value should be 30%.

- Traveling Fair start time
Traveling Fair always starts at the same time. Isn't that annoying? At the morning fair was usually full. We have a solution for your problem! From now traveling fair will start at random full hour between 5 am and 11 pm. More traveling fair improvements will be introduced soon!

Items from following sets are now possible to sell on the town market:

Item 3 day Insurance can't be used any more, however it was possible to receive it from traveling fair. Item was removed from possible rewards.

- Questline Western Friday
We have changed requirements for Western Friday questline. From now it will be available every year from November 24th to December 5th. Please remember that questline is not repeatable.

- Halloween Clown toy wasn't upgradable
Halloween Clown is now possible to upgrade, the same as the rest of the Halloween Clown's items.
- Traditional Colombian rifle requirements
Traditional Colombian rifle had wrong requirements.
- Carl Schurz's lederhosen
Carl Schurz's lederhosen were upgradable, however item is part of free set which shouldn't be upgradable. The setting was changed.
- Swedish language support
It is now also possible to choose Swedish as the language under settings, and you can also write in Swedish to support and get an answer in Swedish

- Fort battle changes
We have reduced fort structure bonuses by 20%
- Visibility of quests time requirement
From now all quests with limited time requirement will display time in quest window. Event related quests will display that quest is available only during certain event.
- Advents calendar
We have implemented second part of advents calendar improvements, which eliminated possible bug when player's calendar was empty:
- From now you can have only one advent's calendar in your inventory
- In November you will be able to give back your calendar from previous year. We prepared a special quest for that.
- Item name
To avoid confusion we renamed Notebook. From now you from job "Work as a reporter" you can drop item "Reporter's notebook", instead of "Notebook".

- Wrong quests access requirement
22 old quests had weren't visible for players above 150 level.
- Wrong quest employer
Quest "Flowers" (ID: 3908) had wrong employer.
- Repetable "Halloween" questline
Some players weren't able to access Halloween questline.

It was impossible to report a player who has empty profile. The issue was fixed. From now you can easily report players which empty profile.
- Advents calendar
Some players, who had more than one calendar, weren't able to use them. After this update additional calendars will be removed from your inventory, except one. Before receiving new calendar from Maya, you will have to finish special quest to remove the last one. In next years quests will be also available.

- New daily quests
We have prepared new daily quests for advanced players! For now you will be able to finish new daily quests. Every day you will find:
- 4 new quests in paper (Saloon)
- 4 quests for players from level 151 to level 200
- 4 quests for players from level 201 to 250
- At least 2 new quests in Ghost Town
- At least 2 new quests in Waupee Indian Village
- New questlines
We have prepared two new questlines for advanced players. More questlines will be added with upcoming updates.

- Send to all
We have prepared a new main-event related feature. Since now, during main events, you will be able to send event currency to all of your friends in the same time. To send event currency, you have to double click at the currency icon on the friends' bar and then confirm the action.
- Localized links on main page
Forum, help, rules and other links on main page will be displayed in language which you selected as your game language. Now all links were displayed in English.
- New town logs
We have added new logs in town log. Now you will be able to check who changed town's name and profile.
- Independence Day event
We have prepared an Independence Day event for you. More information you can find in the announcement.

It wasn't possible to report towns and forts name if it had no profile text. Now it's possible.

Set bonus was missing hiding bonus.
- Bank deposit
It was impossible to deposit money in the bank while standing in several places at the map. The bug was fixed.
- Disappearing rewards
In some cases rewards or enrings were disappearing. The bug was fixed.
- Wrong crafting points indicator
Recipes requiring 800 crafting points were showing green crafting points indicator and report was showing received crafting points even if player already reached maximum crafting level 850 points. The bug was fixed.
- Duplicated achievements rewards
Achievements "Mass destructor" and "Born to duel" had duplicated rewards.
- Wrong item bonus
Buffs with work motivation bonus were increasing also duel motivation. The bug was fixed.

- Multilingual Settings on International Market
As a part of market merge preparation, we are going to enable the option to select Danish on which the game interface is shown for the user. In order to change the language settings go to Settings → Account → Change Language and select the preferred language. Then please re-login to the game from the main page for the changes to take place. The change applies only to International market.

Quest requirement was "wanted posters created", however only dead or alive posters were counted towards the quest. From now requirement says "wanted dead or alive posters created".
Bug fixes
- Incorrect quest dates
Questline "One Foolish Romeo" was available before quest giver "Chatan". Now both will be available at the same moment.
- Wrong quest requirement
One of the daily Valentine's quests had a wrong requirement, to finish it was needed only one cooking pot. From now quest requires two cooking pots.
- Missing daily quest
Saturday's daily quest for players with levels 10-49 was missing.
- Maggie's belt bonus
Maggie's belt had incorrect bonus.

- Soccer Event 2018 and 2020: Blue Card and Red Card
After the update we are going to add Blue card and Red Card to the SHOP. You can use them to receive quest items in order the finish the questline. Of course, buffs and the collection cards containers can be also received from them. The cards will be added on the day of the update. They will cost 40 Bonds / Nuggets. The items will be available in the SHOP until 26th June, 23:59. For more information about what the items contains please check our old announcements.
- Bill Brocius' revolver improvements
Based on players' request, the vigor bonus was changed to shooting.
- An empty jar
After the update, the item will be available in the SHOP for purchase for 28 Bonds / Nuggets. If you have completed the Crafting Event 2021 you can use this item to craft more Innovative desserts.

We fixed a bug that rarely caused the browser to detect the chat text field as a login interface in case the user had saved login information in their browser and priorly clicking on a username/password field somewhere else (e.g. change password, e-mail) while the chat was open. Fortunately, in the cases where the user clicked to insert it, only the nickname was pasted.

- Fort Battle Formula Changes*
Based on feedback from our event server and Polish players, we are proceeding with a small number of changes to the fort battle formula. These are designed to improve the game balance between the attackers and defenders in the short term. We hope to add more changes in the future as we have further opportunities to test more extensive redesigns.
- Distance Penalty
When shooting, the bonus your targets receive to their defense value will be increased.
- Structure Bonuses*
When standing on a building or fortification, instead of a fixed bonus you will receive a percentage bonus dependent upon your base attack and defend values. Please note these values are increased compared to the values tested on the events and Polish servers. We also decided to give you a small gift if you'd like to test better the new changes, redeem your Potion of a new beginning with this link: Potion
- Flag Penalties
Flag penalties once again apply to defenders like they always have to attackers.
- Indian's set
We received a lot of requests to update our old sets. The Indian's set bonuses and item's bonuses have been updated and all of them now are calculated per level. Please let us know what you think about the changes and which set should be updated next.

We've prepared a new chest with special souvenirs for everyone who participated in the IFBC 2020.
- Awesomia chest
We've created 3 new chests that you'll be able to receive from battles in the middle of the map prepared by The West Team. Awesomia small chest - contains a buff of up to 40 bonds. Awesomia medium chest - contains a buff of up to 70 bonds. Awesomia large chest - contains a buff of up to 140 bonds
- Yage
Yage has been a unique item. From now on it is a regular buff item.

- "Mysterious potion" - lower your Duel Level Experience
A 'Mysterious potion' - when consumed, the item reduces players' Duel Level Experience by 10%. This, in turn, depending on numbers, can result in reducing the Duel Level. Keep in mind that you cannot reduce your Duel Level below your general Character Level. Over the next days, it will be given out to players on the Beta server, so that its influence on the game can be tested. The item will not be available outside of Beta until the test is complete.
- Changelogs shown only in community forums

- New achievements
The game now has 11 new achievements. 6 of them revolve around using buffs (500 to 5000), and the remaining 5 count your progress in utilizing usable items (1000 to 5000).
Bug fixes
- Incorrect achievement requirements
The requirements of the achievements "Around the world" did not take some belts into account. Now, it will really be necessary to collect them all.
- Fixes to quests' availability and completion conditions
Several repeatable quests were not available in the game even when requirements were met. There were also a few quests that were not properly hidden, resulting in an opposite issue: their availability while they should not be there. We solved those issues and all of the quests should now properly pop up and disappear. Additionally, we also fixed the quest 'Get the valuables out of the rock (Crafting skills pay off)', which was not properly taking away the required items.
- Minor visual bugfixes
Some items and chests, such as for instance the Mate Tea or the Western Friday Jacket used incorrect images in some circumstances. This will no longer be the case.

- New Crafting
24 new recipes have been hidden in the wild west. The new instructions include items with strong buffs, collector cards or items that will be needed for new quests. - Harvest time

- The Independence Day Parade

15 months ago we announced that we were moving from Flash which supporter our fort battle system on The West. Since then we have been moving the fort battle feature on the more modern and reliable HTML5 platform. In October we celebrate the 133rd anniversary of the Rodeo Queen. On this occasion, we prepare a questline, which players will be able to get to know the character of the first cowgirl, Lucille Mulhall. After completing the quests players will receive the most important item of every cowboy and cowgirl - a lasso. For finishing the final quest, the achievement "Lucille , the Rodeo Queen!" and the title "Queen/King of the Western Prairie" is being awarded. This quest is only available from October, 16th until the November, 12th.
- Account deletion - We made some changes to our deletion system:
- Inactive accounts will be deleted after 3 years of inactivity in the game and on the forum. That means activity on the forum is enough to count the account as active.
- Every account will be notified well in advance about upcoming deletion. Both on the forum and via an e-mail message, which will be send to the address connected to the game account.
- To ensure that of all the data connected to the account will be deleted, deletion of an in-game account will also result in deleting corresponding the forum account.
- If you created a forum account a long time ago, it is possible that your in-game and forum names are different -
in such case please contact the support to ensure the names are the same so that our system can correctly see the connection between both accounts.

When finishing this questline, the achievement "Prepare the best Easter for Mr Bunny" and the title "The best Easter host" are awarded.
- Easter chests
The items from Easter event 2017 have been added to the Uncommon and Rare Easter chests.
- Sullyvan's Set from the Valentine's event
Sullyvan's set is now auctionable and tradeable.

- Mouse wheel in the crafting window

Four new items have been added to the shop for players to complete their collections. The items can be purchased using nuggets and bonds.
- Adventure statistics
In the statistic section of the achievement window you will now be able to find some adventure-related statistics.
- Adventure skill balancing
Some adventure abilities appeared to be too weak, so they were chosen very seldom by players. After a lot of testing we have strengthened them as follows: Barrel Roll was buffed with a longer duration, but also a higher cooldown time Inspire was buffed from 5% damage, increased to 20% Eagle Eye was buffed from 50% higher accuracy to 75% and from 20% critical hit chance to 50%
- Elimination of Red Team advantages
In comparison to the blue team, the players in the red team had a couple of advantages in each adventure, which lead to a significantly higher winning chance. We have changed some of these drawbacks:
- It was not possible to shoot at players on the mill when standing on the bank, but players on the saloon were able to shoot at enemies on the mill. This resulted in a small advantage for team red, because usually its players keep the saloon in the first rounds. We have slightly reduced the obstacle of the carriage's handle in the near of the bank in order to tackle this issue.
- In each round, team red had the first move and was benefited therefore, because team blue did not stand a chance of winning races around buildings. We have changed how the action queue is computed: Now the first move of each round is alternate between the red and the blue team.
Bug fixes
- Fashionable handbag dropped from all jobs
The fashionable handbag, one of our new collection items, could be found at every job by mistake. This is now fixed, but already obtained handbags will not be removed.
- Hash mismatch fixed
The issue regarding the famous "hash mismatch" error message which did not stop to appear after losing the connection to the adventure server is now fixed.

- New questline "A strange animal"
There's a weird creature running around near Sheriff John's place. Can you help him find out? The new questline contains 4 quests for all players.For finishing the final quest, the achievement "Trailer" is rewarded. This questline will be available from April 1st 00:00 until April 4th 23:59.
- Easter Event
Our annual Easter event starts soon. From April 3rd until April 24th, you will be able to duel and defeat our 4 bandits again, collect eggs and win brand new items. Shortly before the Easter weekend starts you will be able to play our new Easter related, repeatable questline. Help your friends from the Saloon prepare everything for a nice holiday. More details will be given with the Easter event forum announcement soon. This questline will be available from April 13th until May 4th.
- Veteran Shop
We received many requests to rework the Veteran Shop and make it more attractive for our players. With this update we introduce our brand new sets, lots of new buffs, adventure collector cards and a couple of new chests that all can be obtained for spending Veteran Points.
- Event currency
The required hearts/flowers for all unobtainable personal and community rewards will be shown from now on.
- Fort battle
Councillors of non-owner defending towns will no longer receive an automatic battle rank

- Adventure server restart
We would like to inform you that from this version on, the adventure server will be automatically restarted every night at 2 AM. Any running multi-player instance will be ended when the server restarts. These measures are taken to prevent frequent errors for players trying to join an adventure during the day.
- Questline "The perfect heist" will be available until 3rd December 2016
It is now possible to continue the questline "The perfect heist" until December 3rd. Because the changes are not yet live the questline will not be available between Saturday, November 19th and Tuesday, November 22nd.

As with every year, Maya wants to celebrate the Day of the Dead. This year however, she wishes to spend the time with a Mexican family and take part in their fiesta. This quest-line contains 12 quests and is available for every player who already finished the quest "Showdown (Save the saloon, Part 2)". For finishing the final quest, you will receive the achievement "Día de los Angelitos" which will grant you the title "La Catrina helper". This new quest-line will be available on October 27th and only for a limited time! In order to unlock this new quest-line, players from the world need to unlock stage 3 of the social rewards from the Day of the Dead event.
- New quest-line: "Summer time" (non repeatable quest-line)
It is still summer time in the Wild Wide West! Help Maya organize a summer party but watch out for Henry as he could be playing against it! A new quest-line containing 15 quests is now available for all players level 120 or higher. For finishing the final quest, the achievement "Summer Time" will be awarded.

Fort icons now have different icon sizes based on the fort size on the mini-map.
- Wheel Lock Militaria set

Meet Charles Colcord, successful cattle rancher, U.S. Marshal, Chief of Police, businessman, and pioneer of the Old West... What a hell of a guy! This quest-line contains 13 quests and can be started from August 11th (11:00) to September 30th (23:59) for all players who finished Showdown (Save the saloon, part 2)! For finishing the final quest the achievement "Colcord's Friend" which will grant you the title "Businessman" is being awarded. Furthermore the generous Mr. Charles Colcord will give you a very special present.
