You can reach the game support by using our [http://support.innogames.de/login?game=west&lang=en Ticket system], or by accessing the in-game link, located in the settings menu, which is located in the options menu.

Once the support window has been opened, players can see all past support tickets and create new tickets. Clicking on a past ticket allows the player to rate the moderator responding to the ticket(once per ticket), reopen a closed ticket, and submit a <1MB image attachment.

The advantage of the ticket system is that there is a direct identification to the player as each player has to login using his user name and password. It also makes good response times possible (usually within 24 hours). You can also reach the support in the game in the Settings menu.
Choosing to create a new ticket brings up a menu to choose the category of the issue. Choosing the correct category is important to ensure your ticket is reviewed by the correct department. All of the ticket categories are identical in appearance except the category "Breach of rules", which contains a textbox to enter the names of players being reported.
