Alright, got your three items? Very good. Now try open that window again, select the Jokers and hit "Upgrade". Upgrade an item

And tada! A brand new... Joker? But you know, the better the items you use for upgrading, the stronger they get! I bet if you go through your wardrobe there’s plenty of unused clothes, just waiting to be upgraded.
