This quest can only be accepted after 9 Dec 13, 10:00 o'clock.<br />
Resolve: Possibility 1 (No water in Newport) or Resolve: Possibility 2 (No water in Newport) or Resolve: Possibility 3 (No water in Newport)
|complete=Pickaxe 10/10
|reward={{Reward|experience|90|90 Experience points}}
|start text=You solved the water shortage problem at Newport - it was the Mayor? Wow, who would have thought that? You say he sold the water to some guy called Calvin? Calvin. I know this name. A Calvin is a big buzz in industry and politics and even supports the police services. But I bet that is a coincidence and he meant another Calvin. Your next task is to find out where these pipes are going to come closer to the real culprit. But digging up where these pipes lead... it must be hundreds of miles. You cannot do this on your own. Me and my deputies will help you with that. Just get us some pickaxes.
|finish text=My men have been digging for hours now. There is good and bad news. The good news: My men found the end of the pipes. The bad news: The pipes are ending at Fort Mencer.

|start text=The pipes are leading to Fort Mencer. You do not know what that is? This is a mighty outlaw Fort. It is armed to the teeth and stuffed with the most gruesome scoundrels.I can't give you any support, it is too dangerous for my men. If I were you, I would leave Fort Mencer alone. Anyway, it is located in the North of the map. Good luck!
|finish text=I have told you to leave Fort Mencer alone. No sheriff is ever daring closer than fifty miles from this fort.

|start text=You arrive at Fort Mencer. The pipes end somewhere behind the walls and fortifications. Can this be the Calvin the mayor of Newport talked about? Is he behind all this? The fort is huge and impressive. A figure is standing on the balcony looking down at you.Scoundrel: Who on earth are you? The pipes? Scram! That is none of your business. What do you want to do? Conquer Fort Mencer all by yourself? Hahaha... Good luck.
|finish text=Your attempt to ride Fort Mencer down all by yourself was a failure. The fort is just too big to take it down all alone.You did not even come close. The outlaws wrestled you down in a blink.You are lying with your face in the dirt.Defeated and severely injured.The vultures are circling.Your eyes are heavy.The world turns black...

There will be the poker championship soon, he is one of the favorites. But it is not free for audience. To get there you will have to attend as a player and pay a horrific attendance fee of a very large amount of dollars.I have an idea to get enough dollar. I have a warrant for an army renegade. He was part of the Confederate army but then disappeared. Please ask the pony express for his last address. This deserter is nowhere to be found. The bounty on his head is really high. I do not know why, but it seems there is more behind it than just deserting. Quest hint: Read the text closely to know what to do.
|finish text=Perfect, you managed to get the last address of the army deserter from the pony express. Can you visit him and arrest this soldier? I have no time at the moment.

Bonnie: Impressive. Whilst you have found three allies I puzzled out a plan. I call it Operation Trojan Horse. We will get into the fort by disguising as southern traders. The Gatling gun will be hidden in a fake, armored trading wagon. Seth is causing distraction inside the fort, so nobody with wits will guard the door. The marshal is providing us with firepower from the distance. Let us prepare.
Finish
Bonnie: Seems we are ready to bring Fort Mencer down. Everybody knows what to do. You are the driver, Seth will cause distraction, the marshal will provide fire assistance. We will start the Operation Trojan Horse once the sun has set.

You brought down Fort Mencer? This is unbelievable. The area around Adillo is safe again thanks to you.I have thought about the Calvin person you are searching for. He is donating the sheriff union a fortune every year. This man pays most of my salary.But if you are convinced he has something to do with all this I have a hint.
Finish
Perfect, you managed to get the last address of the army deserter from the pony express. Can you visit him and arrest this soldier? I have no time at the moment.
