Do you see that guy out there? That is Billy the Blind Eagle. He has that name for a reason, he has never won a duel. Sadly he is also my cousin's husband and she insists that I take care of him a bit. Go outside and talk to him about a duel. But don't let him look too bad...

I have talked to Billy again and that wimp kept insisting it's all his weapon's fault. Can't you just give him one of your weapons and make it look like he won? Maybe he'll get lost then and stops scaring away my customers with his whining...

{PLAYER_NAME}! Have you seen it yet?! I guess your duel has gone to Billy's head. Yes, it's true! He's right now looking for an even better weapon and then he wants to rob a bank! I already can feel it, he'll get caught by the sheriff and in the end it all comes back to me! So {PLAYER_NAME}, do you want to earn a few dollars more? Give Billy a lesson in respect! If it's his last lesson, I don't care either. I don't like my cousin THAT much.

Very nice. I guess after this Billy will not think about duelling again. The way he looks out on the street now, I'm not even sure if he's dead or not... Ah well, let the vultures or someone else take care of him.
