Maya, Waupee, Doctor Jane, Henry and you listen to John explaining the rules of the game.Maya: I only know how to curl my hair, haha!John: It's not curls, it's CURLING! Each player has his own curling stone and will slide it across the ice towards the target area, which is called the "House". The thrower gently releases the stone and the sweepers use their brooms to clean the ice, so that it is as smooth as Waupee's face and does not slow down the stone. And hopefully, our curling stones will all reach the house, ha! The closer the stone is to the center of the house, the more points we get. A stone can knock away other stones, but be careful with that. We play as a team, so if {PLAYER_NAME} releases the stone, the others grab their brooms and sweep like there is no tomorrow. Understood?Henry: Do you think we will win? Of course we will!The game lasted several hours and everyone had great fun, especially when John accidentally performed an artistic pirouette when trying to steer the stone towards the house. And guess what, he slipped and fell right on his bum, but the stone hit the center! None of you will ever forget this day, when you had your first curling competition! And you didn't even know all the rules!
