Hey {PLAYER_NAME}, Marshal Evett Nix is on the prairies. He is a renowned marshal and feared by all outlaws. He is after the Doolin's Wild Bunch Gang, an infamous group of bandits. You should not let this opportunity pass you by - maybe Nix needs a capable hand like you in order to take the gang into custody. Nix' headquarter for fighting Doolin's Gang is located in a mansion in the Northeast of the map.

Just be careful, that Wild Bunch is dangerous. They won't stop at anything and steal whatever isn't nailed to the ground. Better put your money in the bank, it's safer there!

You there! Are you looking for work? I can use a hand over here in a moment. The gang "Wild Bunch" has robbed the Ford County Bank and carried away a lot of money. Now they have entrenched in a hostile fort. I need helpers to drive the gang out of the fort in a coordinated attack! Help me with the attack, and you are on board for further investigations - if you survive. You must be physically amongst the army at the fort by the time the battle starts, otherwise you will become a deserter!

The fort has taken quite a few hits... look, it's Oliver Yantis, also called Ol Yantis, who's trying to make a run for it. He's an infamous member of the gang, arrest him!
 Finish
The first member of the Wild Bunch that we could arrest, one less to terrorize the prairie. Unfortunately, the rest of the gang got away. They won't be able to hold their feet still for long though, before they attempt the next heist. We'll be there waiting.

Start
The Wild Bunch did it again! They robbed the California - New Mexico Express Train this time. Again, they entrenched in a fort with quite a bit of loot. We have to win the fort battle in order to have a chance and catch the leader himself - Doolin.
 Finish
The fort has been leveled. Quickly, the members of the Bunch are trying to make a run - maybe we're lucky and we arrest Doolin.

Up there, the leader Doolin himself! He's the head and founder of the Wild Bunch. Once we have him, the whole gang is dispersed - go get him!

While you failed to arrest Doolin, you at least shot him. That will lead to his arrest sooner or later. He will not get far with that leg.

We finally found the Wild Bunch's headquarter. They have snatched a large fort, called "Ingall". Doolin must have recovered from the bullet you put in his leg but the gang is now prepared. This fort has a lot of escape routes - they must have learned from the past raids. Our best chance is to strike quickly and to take out one of them directly in combat.

A comprehensive victory! The crook you knocked out in combat was Arkansas Tom Jones - a mean gunslinger who has killed quite a lot of deputies. Good work!

Finally! There was no sign of activity from the Wild Bunch for a half a year, the battle of Ingall has really made an impact. Now, we have received news of no less than three raids. The gang has robbed a mail station, a bank, and a train station. They have made off with a lot of money, and they used the break to build a new hideout. We have to get the stolen money back.

Great job, the loot has been recovered. We can give the stolen money back to the bank, the mail station, and the train station.

We have just received a call for help from a retired marshal in the neighboring town. The Wild Bunch has robbed his store - quickly, go and see whether you can still find one of the bandits there.

You have caught George Bittercreek Newcomb! His nickname was "Slaughter Kid" and I'm sure you can imagine why. That's quite a setback for the gang; we now have a total of three of their members in custody.

You won't believe it, Bill Dalton and Doolin had a falling out with one another, Dalton quit the Wild Bunch and founded his own gang, the "Dalton Gang". He has rallied some outlaws and has robbed the First National Bank. This is our chance, the Dalton Gang can't be as strong as the Wild Bunch, we can arrest Bill Dalton and his minions all at once. They are holding out with the loot in a fort near the bank. Brace yourself, you will have to take a few hits!

Ha, that bank robbery was the first and the last job for the Dalton Gang! We have shattered it completely, and now it's the Wild Bunch's turn. They will be an easy target as they have been weakened by Dalton's mutiny.

We have received an emergency message, the Wild Bunch just struck again. They wanted to rob a train but could not crack the safe on board. They are now terrorizing the citizens around their fort out of frustration. We should attack immediately, this is our chance! Land a couple of good hits and raise the flag once the fort has been taken over.
 Finish
The Wild Bunch has been smashed, the members are behind bars. Only Doolin himself was not in the fort. He will continue to rally new outlaws around him for as long as he roams freely.

We just got a real hot tip: Doolin, the leader of the Wild Bunch, is still roaming the prairies freely. An undercover agent reported that Doolin sustained an infection from the gunshot wound you inflicted upon him. He is curing his ailments in a bathhouse somewhere along a river.

You did it! The Wild Bunch is in custody, and now its infamous leader Bill Doolin is too. The prairie is a bit safer again, thanks to you.
