Waupee's Grandfather

At the conclusion of Waupee's Grandfather, the Skills#Shaman becomes available for use, allowing the re-allocation of distributed Skill and Attribute points.

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Waupee: Good to see you again. Sadly I have to run. Today I'll visit Wapameepto, my grandfather. He is a very wise man. I've told him about you and he'd like to meet you. You should be careful though, in his pipe he's smoking the strangest herbs. That's often too much for a paleface.</spoiler>
• Epilogue: <spoiler text="Show Epilogue">Waupee: Great, now the herbs don't seem to hurt you anymore. They actually seem to make you stronger.</spoiler>

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Waupee: My grandfather has asked me to bring him some leather. They are drying down at the river right now. Please help me tan them. And while we are already down at the river we can also take a few fish for my grandmother.</spoiler>
• Epilogue: <spoiler text="Show Epilogue">Waupee: My grandfather is very impressed by you. He offered to initiate you into some of the oldest rituals and secrets of the tribe. You have to prove yourself worthy first though.</spoiler>

• Quest Text: <spoiler text="Show Text">Waupee: To prove yourself worthy you could return a certain stolen talisman. A few weeks ago a thief stole a little gilded wooden scrimshaw of a hawk from the tent of my grandfather. This talisman has a very special meaning to him and to the whole tribe. He would be forever thankful if you could somehow find and return it.
  

Hint: After you have fulfilled this quest you can always go back to Waupee's grandfather. He will allow you to reuse skill points that have been used wrongly before in return for a few dollars. To do this click on the picture of the shaman in the skill menu.</spoiler>

Strange that he hasn't left yet.</spoiler>
