You do know Christopher, right? He lives on the ranch and wants to hold a parade. Why don't you go over and see if you can help him. The location can be found in the Northern part of the map. This quest line is in celebration of Christopher Street Day. You can only complete this task between the dates 22.6 - 28.06.
